Product Returns and Refunds :

1. We strive to provide you with the finest culinary experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. To initiate a return, please email us at kadalvirundhu.11@gmail.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photographic evidence if applicable.

Eligibility for Returns :

1. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Perishable items such as food items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refund Process :

1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Shipping Costs :

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
